Driving Convictions

Driving convictions refer to any violations of the Highway Traffic Act or the Criminal Code of Canada. Information about past offenses are noted under your driver's record. Any driving conviction found on the record can greatly affect the approval of any vehicle insurance application. Even when approved, a conviction would still mean higher insurance premiums.
